Seth Fineberg is an accounting industry consultant & Content Strategist. He has been an editor and journalist for over 30 years, the vast majority of which has been spent overseeing the accounting profession at large, with a focus on the evolution and applications of accounting-related technologies. To this end, he has served as Technology Editor at Accounting Today and the lead Editor of AccountingWEB’s US team.

His passion has been helping to curate information on what makes businesses tick. A huge part of that process is the role of the professional accountant. He is particularly keyed into business technology, changes and trends in this field, as well as how businesses, accounting firms and the technology companies that serve them think about their growth and what they bring to clients and customers.

Jeremy Dubow is Prosperity Partners’ Chief Executive Officer. He manages the company and is responsible for its strategic direction, growth initiatives and talent development. He began his career at Arthur Andersen before co-founding Prosperity in 2003. As a tax expert, he provides sophisticated tax planning and consulting services to technology entrepreneurs and their enterprises, high net worth individuals and family offices. Jeremy also co-leads Prosperity’s mergers and acquisitions practice, advising business owners throughout the sales process. Jeremy routinely speaks on behalf of the IL CPA Society and AICPA on a variety of tax technical topics and is actively involved in the ILCPAS tax committees. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and playing pickleball; he is also Prosperity’s premier table tennis player.

Paul is a CPA with over 40 years experience and was a partner with KPMG prior to joining DHS Advisors in 1994, which was then acquired by Platform Accounting Group in 2024. He has extensive experience in corporate taxation, audits, reviews and specializes in mergers and acquisitions. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 1981 and his Masters in Business Administration in 1983 from Tulane University. Paul is also an avid fly fisherman and hunter and has been a licensed guide for over 30 years.

Jeff Barbacci is the managing shareholder of THF, based in Tallahassee, Florida. THF is a regional firm with 5 offices in Florida, approximately $35 million in annual revenues and 175 team members. Additional offices are located in Panama City, Tampa, Lakeland and Dade City, Florida. THF has recently completed its transition from the first generation of shareholders to the next generation and currently has 14 shareholders.

Jeff is serving his 7th year in the role of managing shareholder and prior to that served as the firm’s Director of Assurance Services. He has been with THF since 1995 and has led the growth and development of the firm’s not-for-profit, local government and state government consulting industry groups. His current focus is on strategic growth of the firm, expansion of advisory services and back-office development to support future growth.

Jeff is the past Chair of the Florida Institute of CPAs and currently serves on the FICPA’s Legislative Policy Committee. He is also a past member of the AICPA Governing Council and member of the AICPA GAQC Executive Committee. Jeff is also an active leader within the Tallahassee community.
