Passionate about helping people, Larry brings more than 20 years of experience in the fiduciary advice business to his role as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Choreo.
Prior to Choreo, Larry served as CEO, President, and leader of several multi-billion-dollar registered investment advisory firms.
Larry is driven by a keen sense of purpose and service and is adept at building high-performing organizations. He and his teams have won Inc. and Entrepreneur magazine’s "Best Workplaces" and "Top Company Culture,” and Wealth Management.com’s Innovator of the Year in 2018. Larry was also featured in Investment News’ "40 Under 40" list in 2017 and is the author of It's That Simple: How to Build the Professional Service Firm of the Future.
After 10 years in Los Angeles, and nearly another 10 in Park City, Utah, Larry, his daughter Dylan, and son Mack, now live in Charlotte, North Carolina where they enjoy exploring their new city and the outdoor activities it has to offer, although Larry admits to not being very good at any of them.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
