Michael is a Partner with Bowers Advisors, where he heads up the Firm’s M&A activities. Bowers is headquartered in Syracuse, NY and is a member of the Current Alliance, as a result of Current’s investment in November 2025. Michael was the Managing Partner of Bowers from 1998 through 2025, a period of time that resulted in the Firm growing from $1.5million in revenue to over $36million. Michael led the Firm, and its 20 partners, through the diligence process leading up to its decision to join Current. He vetted over a dozen suitors, ranging from Mega Firms, Holdco’s, Private Equity and the Current’s Joint Venture model.
