Jake Nice is a Co-Founder of StoicLane & CEO of Archer Lewis. StoicLane is a permanent capital holding company focused on acquiring and building businesses in the Finance, Insurance and Real Estate Services industries with over 75 acquisitions since its founding in 2021. Jake serves as CEO of Archer Lewis, a StoicLane subsidiary established in 2024. To date, Archer Lewis, a top 70 firm in the US with 63,000 clients and 625 team members, has brought together 35 accounting firms across the U.S.— with specialty focus across Tax, Attest, and Client Accounting Services —onto a common platform. Archer Lewis delivers national firm capabilities directly to clients on a local level. Archer Lewis focuses on providing excellent service to small and medium size businesses and their owners across the US.

Passionate about helping people, Larry brings more than 20 years of experience in the fiduciary advice business to his role as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Choreo.

Prior to Choreo, Larry served as CEO, President, and leader of several multi-billion-dollar registered investment advisory firms.

Larry is driven by a keen sense of purpose and service and is adept at building high-performing organizations. He and his teams have won Inc. and Entrepreneur magazine’s “Best Workplaces” and “Top Company Culture,” and Wealth Management.com’s Innovator of the Year in 2018. Larry was also featured in Investment News’ “40 Under 40” list in 2017 and is the author of It’s That Simple: How to Build the Professional Service Firm of the Future.

After 10 years in Los Angeles, and nearly another 10 in Park City, Utah, Larry, his daughter Dylan, and son Mack, now live in Charlotte, North Carolina where they enjoy exploring their new city and the outdoor activities it has to offer, although Larry admits to not being very good at any of them.

Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and an MSc from the London School of Economics.

Brett is the Co-Founder of Alan & James Partners (“AJP”), a leading acquiror of entrepreneurial accounting firms seeking to reach their full potential while retaining their independence, identity, and culture. AJP supports its partner firms with strategic growth initiatives, technology, and access to shared resources that help elevate their teams.

Brett is also the Co-Founder of Beacon Cove Partners, a long-term-oriented investment firm with patient, flexible capital focused on enduring partnerships. He previously served as an investor at Goldman Sachs, where he helped to invest the firm’s capital alongside many founder and family-led businesses. Brett received an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BBA in Finance and Master of Science in Accounting degree from SMU in Dallas, TX. Brett was also a 4-year letter winner on the SMU football team.

Seth Fineberg is an accounting industry consultant & Content Strategist. He has been an editor and journalist for over 30 years, the vast majority of which has been spent overseeing the accounting profession at large, with a focus on the evolution and applications of accounting-related technologies. To this end, he has served as Technology Editor at Accounting Today and the lead Editor of AccountingWEB’s US team.

His passion has been helping to curate information on what makes businesses tick. A huge part of that process is the role of the professional accountant. He is particularly keyed into business technology, changes and trends in this field, as well as how businesses, accounting firms and the technology companies that serve them think about their growth and what they bring to clients and customers.

Jeremy Dubow is Prosperity Partners’ Chief Executive Officer. He manages the company and is responsible for its strategic direction, growth initiatives and talent development. He began his career at Arthur Andersen before co-founding Prosperity in 2003. As a tax expert, he provides sophisticated tax planning and consulting services to technology entrepreneurs and their enterprises, high net worth individuals and family offices. Jeremy also co-leads Prosperity’s mergers and acquisitions practice, advising business owners throughout the sales process. Jeremy routinely speaks on behalf of the IL CPA Society and AICPA on a variety of tax technical topics and is actively involved in the ILCPAS tax committees. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and playing pickleball; he is also Prosperity’s premier table tennis player.

Paul is a CPA with over 40 years experience and was a partner with KPMG prior to joining DHS Advisors in 1994, which was then acquired by Platform Accounting Group in 2024. He has extensive experience in corporate taxation, audits, reviews and specializes in mergers and acquisitions. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 1981 and his Masters in Business Administration in 1983 from Tulane University. Paul is also an avid fly fisherman and hunter and has been a licensed guide for over 30 years.

Jeff Barbacci is the managing shareholder of THF, based in Tallahassee, Florida. THF is a regional firm with 5 offices in Florida, approximately $35 million in annual revenues and 175 team members. Additional offices are located in Panama City, Tampa, Lakeland and Dade City, Florida. THF has recently completed its transition from the first generation of shareholders to the next generation and currently has 14 shareholders.

Jeff is serving his 7th year in the role of managing shareholder and prior to that served as the firm’s Director of Assurance Services. He has been with THF since 1995 and has led the growth and development of the firm’s not-for-profit, local government and state government consulting industry groups. His current focus is on strategic growth of the firm, expansion of advisory services and back-office development to support future growth.

Jeff is the past Chair of the Florida Institute of CPAs and currently serves on the FICPA’s Legislative Policy Committee. He is also a past member of the AICPA Governing Council and member of the AICPA GAQC Executive Committee. Jeff is also an active leader within the Tallahassee community.

Jason Yetter serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Richey May, where he leads the firm’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and culture. Since joining the firm in 2014, Jason has been instrumental in driving scalable growth, evolving client experience, and building high-performing teams. His leadership was pivotal in partnering with private equity to accelerate the growth of Richey May leading the firm to a national presence. Jason champions innovation and continuous improvement while fostering an inclusive culture that attracts and develops top talent. He works closely with the executive leadership team to align resources, optimize operational efficiencies, and ensure long-term sustainability. With a background in leading strategic growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and professional development at top ten accounting firms, Jason brings deep industry expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Forrest Wilkinson is a Principal in the Services team. He joined Apax in 2014 and is currently based in New York. His Apax deal experience includes PIB Group, Tosca, Authority Brands, AssuredPartners, Paycor, and Quality Distribution.

Prior to joining Apax, Forrest was an investment banker at Evercore and Bank of America, where he advised corporate clients on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Forrest holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar. He also holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Plan II Honors with Special Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Forrest serves on the boards of PIB Group, Tosca, and AssuredPartners. He previously served on the boards of Authority Brands, Quality Distribution, and Boasso Global.

Forrest also serves as Co-Chair of the Young Partner Board at The Public Theater.

Charles Weinstein is Chief Executive Officer of Eisner Advisory Group LLC, sits on its Board of Directors, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Charly is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm and is instrumental in leading both organic growth and growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his current role, Charly was Managing Partner and CEO of EisnerAmper LLP. The combination of Eisner LLP and Amper, Politziner & Mattia, which Charly oversaw, was recognized as “Deal of the Year” by the Association for Corporate Growth.

As a leader in the accounting profession, Charly has been quoted in local, regional, and national publications on the impact of private equity investment and new technologies on the profession. Charly has been instrumental in building a culture that embraces technology that benefits clients of the firm.

Charly is a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of New York and is the Chair of the Audit Committee. In addition, Charly is a member of the Board of Directors of FinReg Global, a Dublin, Ireland based technology company and is the Audit Committee Chair for The Partnership for New York City. Charly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and previously served on its board of directors. He is also a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Charly helped to found EisnerAmper Global, an international network of independent CPA firms.

Charly attended the State University of New York – Binghamton where he received his Bachelor’s in Accounting in 1978.
